Personally, hours where never important besides obviously adherence to time etc.
However, when one enjoys what they do, time does not matter, you learn to maximize results with minimum amount of time.
8 and 9 hours
8:AM until 5:PM and mostly until 7:PM
The working hours in the contact center are from 07h00 - 23h00. This is because our customers are available at those times and when need their entertainment. We need to be there to make sure we keep a smile on their faces.
