Company has great competitive salary packages . Though not a good place for Millenials and Gen z generation because there is no growth opportunity . It takes 10-11 years to get a promotion . White dominated company They run sites like its their farms Good treatment goes because of your position and skin colour Even HR is captured

A good employer

A very good employer who looks after their staff. They pay well and alway an opportunity to grow if you are permanently employed. However LTC employment can end any time and it is advisable to try and get a permanent position with them, rather than going through the contract period

Pros

Housing, and other allowances

Cons

Working away from home often

Worked myself to a standstill, not a thank you for the hard work, overtime never paid, equipment not to standard forced to breach rules, double standards, management accepting bribes, vehicles not to standard, swearing and shouting,,,for the work you do and the pay you receive, it's not fair, bonuses are cut for no reason, not a good place to be.
