Working at Nandos was the best, because I've achieved a lot, I came as a frontgriller and left as a supervisor. It is good and it's the nicest experience.

The place is fun to work for but there's a lot of stress

It's Okey to work for nandos but sometimes there's a lot of stress complains stuff not coming to work when they get paid and the managers must suffer for that

Fun and challenging space.

The company offers a wholesome amount of learning platforms to do well in your job. Support system is there and management is cool. They provide free transport for late shifts.

Nandos is an amazing company.nandocas are treayed ike family by employers as well with tbe staff, you never feel alone and the customers give one experience of a lifetime evryday and lessons along the way for good

Very productive and fun

Had fun and I learn a lot about food and safety hence they so strict when it come to the producures to be followed when handling food. Their culture and the values one of them family which exist as soon walk in you will feel the warmth.

Great work place, cool management

It was a fun first work experience. Management was really respectful. Working hours flexible and you knocked off on time.I learned to work under pressure and handle different personalities.

I am currently an assistant store manager

I enjoyed working for Nando’s as it was my first time in the restaurant industry now I want to grow more in other places I have learned a lot from my management skills I got from them and I thank them for that, now I can manage the whole store including staff and stock I can handle cash and minimise waist at all times

I hate to say this but as a manager i would love to back of and watch and anly help when needed but my work wants me to bet there with staff and get dirty

Work hours

The work hours are extremely long as every retail shop. But you are consistently on your feet. If you enjoy interacting with people, it might just be the perfect place for you.
