Nandos is a very good company to work with,but you must not get too comfortable because it is easy to loose your job there, their teams and conditions are very strict little things you do might put you in trouble, what i can say is you must be aware of what you doing.

I had so much fun working as a Nandoca, although I had to quit because I wanted to further my studies. But given another opportunity I wouldn't hesitate since I have finished my studies at the Durban university of Technology.

Everyday you Hav to Hav a plan toward your stations. 4 Ps(Proper Planning Prevent Poor Performance) helps during the picks hours while they is bottle neck. What I've experienced is love your job do it with love not like you doing because you making anyone a favor

Besides long working hours, working at Nando's was exciting and challenging at some times.

Nando's is all about family, and it was always a best feeling being in there. It was pretty much fun, exciting but challenging at some times. Free lunch was one of the best things since the salary was not satisfying.

My days of working there was very good. We learnt to be a team with my colleagues.the management made sure that we were all focused and tidy all we had to do was to give respect and do our work.even though we had difficulties of waiting for the staff car after clocking out. Lunch was too short only 30 min max... But organization structure where I was working was top class... nice but hard sometimes management... during pay days it was hectic and escoudos and mistry shopper there were giving hard times... but over and above we were family...

At Nando's i was a back-griller also a waitress, i also assisted the cashiers when they had load of work because i believe in working as a team. The management was great, we had free lunch.

You learn at a lot there if you are willing to, and you get the experience of working as a team of you never had before. For me that was the easiest thing to do because on my 3 years at Nandos I was only sick three days, so I was always on duty to do what I was hired to do.

Every day at nandos was a very busy day the manangers were there the whole day with staff but on month end it was very difficult day because of busyness. I learn to work under pressure and on busy days I had to be fast and quick. I did enjoy every day of it. The staff that I work with was very nice people their made my day to be easy as they say we were family and love.
