It was the greatest company i worked for. I leant a lot in all departments of the business. First of all house keeping was kept to standard, testing of machines before opening the shop using checklists, production planning on food items based on sales mix, receiving of goods checking expiry dates and confirming if the numbers on GRN from suppliers were correct for proper Receiving, organising first in first out of products (fifo), testing product temperatures, testing of oil for alkanity to see if suitable for human consumption, checking opening stocks from Closing Stocks of previous shift or day to see proper movement of goods, checking staff for proper grooming standard, following starndard operating procedures when preparing meals to keep the consistency of product taste...... Etc

We begin our day with a short meeting, which basically is to rally the staff members for the day. I motivate them to exceed previous targets and set the target of the day. Staff members are encouraged to share experiences, so as to find the best ways of serving clients.I have learned that open, professional relationships with employees facilitates transparent communication and helps to nip problems at the bud. Employees who are trusted and empowered tend to deliver more.

0n the 25 the most busy day of our business and four of team did not report to work, the i conducted the team that was off and adjusted the the rooster to fit the business,alert the managers for afternoon shift , and the team and management we very co- operating, then i had to alert the customer about some of the orders that were coming out late, and i enjoyed communicating with the customer
on a normal day ensure floats are handed out stock is issued store is cleaned as per protcol orders are placed figures are sent and make the environment as enjoyable as possible for the staff. i've learnt that hard work pays off. management is the best that you could ask for always kind and helpful. the right attitude towards co workers causes less conflict. hardest part dealing with my boss and unreasonable customers. enjoy making food with my boys.
