It a good place for work, a good company and they pay reasonable salary. It was good so. Some management was good to work with and some it wasn't nice. Good team work.
Pros
Free lunch and staff transport
Cons
One day off
* First one at the store, last one to leave. All responsibility is on you, from orders to customer complaints.
* They show you what it would be like to own your own business, the good and the bad.
* Depending on area, you could land up with a fantastic Reginal Manager, who lives by Nando's principals, or not .
* Family type vibe instilled right from day one, no difference between men and women in who is more capable of doing the job. Growth opportunities.
* The whole job was a challenge from dealing with customers to suppliers but it was made to be entertaining, so you enjoyed going to work .
* There was job satisfaction, from customer reviews to management meetings, and if you ever needed help, it was given. All said and done, I was sad to leave but it was time to move on.

My days of working there was very good. We learnt to be a team with my colleagues.the management made sure that we were all focused and tidy all we had to do was to give respect and do our work.even though we had difficulties of waiting for the staff car after clocking out. I enjoyed working overtime to get extra money
Flexible working hours , be disciplined and deliver on stipulated time. Time management is crucial. Family, integrity and pride are very important values.
I believe that most of the working places have favors for some certain employees they get that special treatment because working at Nandos it opened my eyes wildly. I learnt betrayal and pretence it co exist in that environment
It's a good working environment, they have a spirit of team work, good management, there are good incentives, good for building career opportunities, there are medical benefits and pension funds
