I used to work at Nandos about a month ago, as a driver you use your own transport for deliveries, own petrol, service. When you deliver you are paid R25 per delivery, then they tax you 15 percent vat for what I don't understand coz the slip already has vat paid. After that R2 deduction also I don't know, then another R2. It's like I'm paying the shop instead of the other way round.
I really enjoyed the way I was trained & the team work which I received.I worked hard till i was promoted to a junior manager.I enjoyed the healthy standard which is practised at the casa. The hardest times is when its busy eg on a weekend when we work under pressure. We dont work individually but as a family

My days of working there was very good. We learnt to be a team with my colleagues.the management made sure that we were all focused and tidy all we had to do was to give respect and do our work.even though we had difficulties of waiting for the staff car after clocking out. I enjoyed working overtime to get extra money
Nandos its a nice place to work for but you hardly have time to yourself or your kids or either your family they only give you one day off and when you have to go to leave you have to beg them and you go to leave according to them and how many days should you take that's the boring thing about it one day off its not enough to do your things or spend time your family you hardly have no life wen you working for nandos
