Productive but not paying
Difficult working hours and paying less , you nock of around 21hour at night which is suitable if your driving , they pay less and say you don't have experience , not easy to further your studies while working there

Poor management
The Eastern cape manager is the worst and if Leone remains the eastern cape manager the company will be doomed.... She is the worst person ever! She has favorites which affects the day to day running of the company.

Give us a brief overview of you. Have you had challenges with your manager in the workplace and how did you handle the situation. What is the most challenging thing you'll face working with other employees you don't know. How did one hear about them as a company What is the company history and do you know what their values are and what they specialize in They would ask a practical question concerning Technical skills on the computer. They would ask you to show them how to work or what you know on Microsoft Excel etc. Do you have kids? What do you spend your time doing besides work are you willing to relocate or the place your situated, are you able to arrive to work on time.
