The pace at Nedbank Contact Centre is very fast. When you first start it seems like a nice job until you are given targets, products upon products without appropriate training sometimes you are told to study on your own from the intranet and be expected to make talk time as well. The incentives offered are not satisfactory in a sense that they don't make you to want to move mountains in order to make target.
