Nedbank Employee Review
I learned how to be a manager of self, how to be patient, how to deal with people and they are different, and how to tackle challenges strategically, time management
Wellbeing not considered in terms of working environment and uniform, medical aid too expensive and compulsory
Its a good company to work for, need a bit of encouraging employees and making it easier for them to come up with innovative ways without a hassle, e.g not expecting the idea to be emailed to all employees for support.
excellent ceremonies for events
Long hours on weekend
