Working Here
Branch Administrator (Current Employee) - Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal - 8 May 2022
No career advancement supported. Instead constant restructures place employees in any vacant positions at the expense of career growth of other employees

I dont have much to say about working here, except for since management changed, the work enviroment has become less toxic, but the workload is still the same.

Business Manager (Former Employee) - Durban, KwaZulu-Natal - 27 April 2022
Difficult to manage all my duties effectively due to the work load and responsibilities handed to be, Colleagues are supportive as all have the same goal of meeting clients needs, Micro management is evident
Pros
Good interest rates offered on motor vehicle and home loan finance, Good pension scheme and group life.
Cons
Long hours seemed to be the norm in Business banking, Expectations are always high, Always worked under pressure.

Quality Assurance (Current Employee) - Sandton, Gauteng - 15 March 2022
Would love if salary would be industry based as the work load is immense. It depends which management you're working for but overall if you have a good manager then it's a great place. HR is basically non existence

The customers are wonderful, and you don't get to say that a lot in the customer service industry. The salary was competitive, could have been better. The green culture is strong. I loved working there.

Culture stuck in the 80s
Product Owner (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 22 February 2022
The culture at this company is so bad. Mere managers act like they own the place and that they can say and act however they want, especially now that they are working remotely - they say things they wouldnt have the guts saying in your face. There are people who act like they know more than you but actually they are complete air-heads.
Pros
Sometimes there is a defined structure/process for doing things.
Cons
Terrible culture.
