The work environment was friendly and enjoyable

The working environment was friendly, used to enjoy meeting different people everyday.I had a good relationship with my colleges and our manager,we used to share lunch together like a family. The hardest part of the job was when most applications I submitted were getting declined on that day

Productive and Fun workplace

I work for Nedbank at a Mechant of building materials selling a home account, I enter the store, report for duty via telephone to my sales manager, and then i do quotation tracking, calling clients who did quatations at our store informing them about the home account, around 11:00 stand by the entrance giving flyers to clients walking out of the store and explaining where necesary, and around 13:00 i go outside to companies where i request appointments for doing presentations of the home account, and give out flyers outside, then at 15:00 i make a report and fax the number of people i interacted with for the day,and call my manager for feedback

Pros

i dont have a manager in the store, my manager comes once or twice a month, i have a target i have to reach in my own time

Cons

long hours and no day offs just leaves
