Nedbank is a wonderful company to work for, unfortunately the changes in the industry (RDR) is not conducive with the current business structure. Due to uncertainty, staying in my current position might not have a favorable out come for me in the future.

a typical day at work would be sourcing new customers, dealing with current customers and selling and cross selling products within my orginisation .
I have learned to handle irate customers, interact with them on any level and resolve any problem or conflict they may have as well as cross sell and turn any situation around.
i am good at managing a pproblem and disloving the problem at hand and work well with any seniour level
the hardest part of the job is an unhappy customer that does not feel that we have resolved his or her problem no matter what we do.
The most enjoyaable part of my job is customer satisfaction, good sales top achievement and hard work i always strive for the best. and also a good team work is very important. to optimise business and have everyone happy then i am happy

My typical day is arriving in the office and setting up my laptop and wait for my clients who come here for financial advise.This is one of the friendliest banks i have ever been part of and i learn that through communication there is nothing that is impossible and i learn from my clients everyday and i grow as a person . Management is just doing their job and they are highy motivated. My co workers are the best, we work well with one another. The hardest part of the job is achieving my target while not receiving leads. Thr flexibility of time hey and the fact it isnt far from my place.
