Current situation with the optimation

Like they always: people don't leave the company because of the company but because of the manager, this has always been the case with me and has proven to be the demotivating factor

Time are changing and new sectors to be discovered

Manage a very diversity team in terms of age & knowledge. Learned how to use EQ with various people I have a leadership management style Have an open door policy and try to upskill my staff in terms of growth. Learning new things on daily basis the organsitation is broad

great place work, learn, grow and prosper

Engage with staff on the regular to ensure the vision of the organization is understood. Conduct disciplinary discussion and to ensure adherence to organization requirements. Control electronic attendance register, absenteeism to ensure compliance. Quality assurance by listening to calls evaluation of process and policies. Ensure correct salaries are captured, overtime paid, coaching of staff every month.Implement call centre policies and procedures.

Nedbank is a great place to work hence I have been with all this time. Also it shows I am a trustworthy person entrusted to work with the clients most important aspect of the their hard earned savings, that is their financial affairs. A typical day at work comprises on checking your diary for all matters that need attention, start with those and proceed with everything else that is required of you. Plan the work for the next day. I have learnt that we do not stop to learn, everyday is a new day and we learn everyday. Management- Accountability Co-workers - you need them in order that the business objectives can be reached. .

Great Place to work

Great place to work Good corporate environment and culture.Great people. Great values. Working day always start with a staff meeting, to review the previous days productivity,and challenges, Management productivity driven, and always looking at process enhancements and improvements. Accomplishing targets and staff being motivated, toughest part of the work is when volumes are hard to contain and process and staff have to put in long hours and cut lunch hours and work weekends. Team building events are always enjoyable to help each other understand one another better.

My day starts at 8:00am. I am assigned reports to completed from the previous day's work. I make sure that my team is ready for the day by assigning duties and responsibilities to them. drawing up lunch roster - managing their lunches for the week. I have learned that people need to be treated differently as they are different and that one needs to be understanding and considerate of others ( co-workers and sub-ordinates) . Recognise hard working staff. managing of queues that are worked on by the team, attend to queries telephonically / emails throughout the day.

My typical day at work: Firstly I have to plan my day. Start with the most important things first like distributing work equaly to staff members, reply to emails within 24 hrs. Ensure that all new packs and existing packs do not exceed our SLA and that valuation request is done for the correct development and that correct documentation is received. What i've learned: I've learned to manage people differently and that clients needs are different and that managing people is not easy, it comes with a challenge. Management: treats and make me feel like an important asset to the bank and any suggestion is being taken into consideration. Hardest part of the Job: Is to decline a development Most Enjoyable part of the job: Meeting all the deadlines in time.

Great Place to work and World Class Service

Typical day at work is great. Going as planned with the items on your diary to make sure your day is complete. Management is on point with running the day and making sure clients are serviced with a world class service, business requirements are met and employees are also being assisted and making them be in a great place to work allowing them to be more productive. Hardest part of the job is when there are technical difficulties that create a barrier for productivity. Most enjoyable is when you assist the employees and the clients according to their needs to the best of your ability and making sure that everyone is happy. At times not all will be so positive however knowing that you're on the road to solving a query.

Its a fun place to wor and lets your creativity blossom

I find a busy site and deploy my team.One important thing that needs to be done before work starts is a quick brief meeting whereby staff is motivated then work starts.We all approach clients as they pass we dont just sit.Depending on how busy or quiet the site is we move to the next site if quiet ,at the end of the day our target is met and our working relationship is still in good condition ,everyone is happy and the superiors are happy too.
