Very productive place of work
Production Manager (Former Employee) - Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal - 7 September 2021
Good leaders provide all what is necessary for their teams to succeed. They start at the front and point to the vision and provide direction. Then they move to the middle to make sure everyone has the wherewithal they need for the journey and it’s challenges. Then, lastly they move to the back and make sure that no one gets left behind. This is the essence of leadership. #leadership #success #leaders #leadershipdevelopment #teamwork #coaching
