It was a predetermined route almost everyday on taking customer orders and making sure they are delivered on time. Learned that you needed to be a go getter and goal orientated. Mnagement was very supportive but with a cut throat mentality at times. Co workers were great. The hardest part was when there is no stock of a certain product and that resulted in service failure. The most enjoyable was getting Nestle products at a very discounted prices and sometimes for free.
Pros
Free Nestle Products and Salary

Nestle is very customer orientated and has a very relaxed working atmosphere. They create a sense of belonging and make you feel welcome. There were always new things to learn and each day had its own challenges. My knowledge about the company and the products expanded since I first joined the company and I can proudly say that I am an employee of Nestle. Some of my most exciting times were spend at Nestle and my co-workers would agree that some of events we can remember as if it happend yesterday. Quite a learning experience of both good and bad which could be added to my personal box of experience, knowledge and memories. The hardest part of my job was Communication. Communication with internal departments was bad. Meetings was held with members of management and information was not always filtered down to the relevant staff members but as always you end up using your initiative and making the best of the situation. My most enjoyable part of the job was being able to service a customer and being able to say to myself and others that you can be proud of yourself for a job well done and working so well as a team. I was always surrounded by a group of good co-workers and we always maintained a good positive attitude
Pros
Free lunch at times
Cons
Long working hours

It was month end and accruals time while i was working at Nestle as a Freight Clerk. To liase with Thrid party Carriers and how to handle a tough situation in investigating as to why other Transporter doesnt meet our Customers requirements as per contract agreement. Management was depending on me to pull investigation report of all POD's received from transporter if they do balance with my monthly report and i did finalise to take action. Co-workers where giving me support and congradulating me in raising very fruitfull ideas in the department. Hardest-taking reponsibility of inveistigating Transporter on my own till i win the case and liase with management, were we did terminate the contract. Facing and solving problems for both internal and external enquries.
Pros
i dont take lunch during busy time, i rather eat at the end of the bussiness.
Cons
.I dont have a problem of going extra hours during busy and challanging times.
