Cons
Overtime was not allowed and we wanted it and no benefits no bonus

Personal and career growth / development
Coastal Operational Manager (Former Employee) - South Africa - 26 September 2019
My typical day is unpredictable. I manage a team in sales and well as the marketing function of a brand. Steering the team and the brand to create sales and ROI. It has probably been the single most rewarding career development that i have achieved to date.
Work place culture is strained as the business is going through structural changes.
I suspect the hardest part of my job is managing people.
The most rewarding is being allowed to use my creativity, teach other, coaching my team and learning from them.

productive and fun
Production Team Leader (Former Employee) - Isando, Gauteng - 16 October 2016
Everyday was fun when target were archived, I have learned to be firm and take responsibility for the whole factory at night shift. Management had trust in me because they would expect me to be spontaneous and take decisive decision. The hardest part for me was when I reach a stage where I must discipline staff, I had to balance whats best for the company and coach my subordinate to ensure that there is no repeat,
