    It pays the bills
What an awful group to work for. It pays the bills though so if you are desperate and it’s convenient for you I’d say you can take the job but otherwise it is just horrible especially if you are from a marginalised group. There’s a lot of factions in the staff members and work bullies exist in huge numbers there.

Stressful, poor treatment of staff by management/leadership
There are long hours with staff consistently needing to put in overtime. You also can get called on Christmas for work and you weren't meant to be on shift that day. The managers and doctors treat the staff/nurses rudely with the way they provide instructions to nurses and harshly reprimand them for accidentally doing something incorrectly on a rare occasion. During the interview process, you might also be asked inappropriate questions like if you're pregnant or planning to become pregnant, which should not stand against an employer making an offer if you were pregnant, but they ask the question nonetheless. There's a lack of good pay for the hours spent and little appreciation shown by doctors and management when you put in the effort and work hard to deliver quality healthcare. Doctors are treated with the utmost respect, while nurses are not treated equally to doctors.
