Administrative Consultant and Team Support in Milnerton, Western Cape

Fun Co-workers, Bad Management
The work environment is not bad. As all the co-workers seem to get along nicely. The only problem I have is that top management seem to not care about the lower management team members. They like to keep secrets as to how a task should be completed to reprimand you in a bad way in front of everyone (very unprofessional way of dealing with these matters). One person would do the tasks of three different people and should still be as effective as the rest

Exploitation
Lies, deception, exploitation, overall bad environment to work in with endless lies from main managers or founders. Over work their management teams with no regards caring about how much they give up. Management teams are used and abused for self gain by top management or founders. Sales people get told and sold lies and salaries are ridiculously low and they exploite this avenue as finding employment is hard in the current economy. Top management or founders can’t run such a business as they have no idea what retail is all about and don’t have correct systems in place and constantly shift blame on to sales people and their management teams.

Fun & Collaborative
New Era Agency is a fun and dynamic place to work in. Hard work is rewarded, and going the extra mile is always noticed. Failure to plan is planning to fail, and to make a success in an agency environment you need to take your job seriously, and we have learnt that this job isn't for those who are looking for something to pass the time, but rather for those who are looking to grow.

Not worth the stress and effort.
Disgusting way of treating people.3 month contracts .Incentives are always never paid because of things put in place to prevent payouts .Lazy management and bad owners. Not a place to enjoy unfortunately.Salary degreases every three months ."either you like of leave attitude".No overtime and just badly run .Unfortunately big companys dont see this and you contractly binded to never ever tell them about the injustices you deal with .
