Low income
Collections Agent (Current Employee) - Salt River, Western Cape - 26 June 2023
All I can say is, I have been with the company for 5 years but still gets a low low low basic. They will tell you that you can make your own salary by commission..... seriously, let's not even mention commission

Team leader have favoritism employees are not treated the same and your opinions don't matter to them.. The TM only put pressure on Agents and they're not well trained for leadership.

Debt Collection Agent (Former Employee) - Salt river - 6 May 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Environment is very friendly, each day i was looking forward to go to work without having to be scared or worry. And my manager was Amazing🙏 at any given chance i would go and work there again. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? On my side there's none. I was happy just that when it comes to salary review the percentage they increase your salary with is very small. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Environment is friendly everyone is helpful. Nimble does not play the race card they treat everyone the same. What is a typical day like for you at the company? A good day always. Higher management don't care about the agents
Collections Agent (Former Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 26 April 2023
Was a good company at the begging but it changed after time. They don't treat people with care and they only think of the companies needs. The people you work with that you sit next to is the people you can trust and will help you but higher management don't care.. You have to fight for every last thing even you have to explain why you on leave or why your child is sick or even you... They would phone your Dr is they think you lieing and I'm talking about experience. You get givemm a unpaid even if you child is sick and you don't have family responsibility but you have your own leave and sick leave where the Dr booked you off
Pros
Working times
Cons
To much stress for little money

Jobs at Nimble Group
Very old accounts which are hard to collect on.
Debt collector (Former Employee) - Salt River, Western Cape - 17 April 2023
It's not entirely a bad place, if you're a student and you need experience and money I'd say go for it. You just need to push yourself so you can meet your target as it's doable, it's not easy but doable. You can go start working early if you want good accounts, if you're late shift though, I always felt like during the early shift they play different accounts than the ones they play at the afternoon shift.
Pros
Nice working hours
Cons
Poor management

Wouldn’t advise anyone to apply at Nimble Group.
Debt Collector Agent (Former Employee) - Sandton, Gauteng - 3 January 2023
There’s no benefits, company underpays people. The incentives/commission is extremely hard to get and only starts from R600. Target is too high while the accounts we are working are very old, some prescribed. It’s a very stressing company to work for and wouldn’t advise anyone to apply there🙁💔
Pros
Vouchers
Cons
None

Challenging workplace
Collection Agent (Current Employee) - Saltriver, Cape Town - 30 November 2022
Good company, merely for students who are trying to earn while they study, other than that it has so many changes that can affect their employees negatively. If the company benefits from the drastic changes made, employees will have to adapt to the changes. Worst salary ever with no benefits...only benefit I can point out is the medical aid that only allows you to use few medical practitioner. Almost forgot to mention anything about the the incentives😭....they take us for granted, that's all I can say

A Typical day at work
Collections Agent (Former Employee) - Woodstock, Western Cape - 12 May 2022
I learned a lot at Nimble, they provide good training, I literally went to work just to do my work and go home, very stricked targets needs to be met on a daily bases, the incentives doesn't make you push harder then you already are, they give R5 and R10 airtime and R50 shoprite vouchers incentives...

Target and salaries
Call centre agent (Former Employee) - Weirda sandton - 3 April 2022
Working environment is very good. Salary increase is very bad they increase salaries after a year, they might increase your salary with R100 then you will get an increase after a year. Management and staff great personalities, love is in the air
