Although it's a very competitive environment, management is great, supportive and always willing to assist with meeting staff halfway to reach common ground. It's a new branch that's established in Durban and I feel like the welcoming of the new staff was not reall WOW as expected.

I enjoy doing my work. All of it and I do it everyday and perfect. I started doing admin for this company after 1 of it's team leaders absconded. Everything was thrown @ me and one of my colleuges. I was new in these tasks but I learnt in a day or two and then I was perfect in everything. The only problem is that management don't recognise us(Admin). They don't appreciate what I do for this company. Every week there's weekly awards where every consultant is being rewarded for the wonderful jobs they have done. But nothing for admin. It's like I don't add any value to this company and yet I do a lot of stuff, that's the reason why I'm seeking for greener pastures. Somewhere I'm gonna be taken as an asset not just a liability

Proposal for Training/Facilitating/Coaching/Mediation/Mentoring I am brilliant at Training/Facilitation/Coaching/Mediation/Mentoring and able to hold the attention of delegates whom might not wish to be in the training session. I wish to contribute in hosting Training/Facilitating/Coaching/Mediation sessions including ‘Leadership Development’ and ‘Performance Management’. I am able to approach the role as a ‘Consultant’ with the ‘how can I help’ approach. I can manage up to 40 delegates per session My presentation style is refreshing and exciting…I don’t do ‘Death by PowerPoint’ in my sessions. My techniques are of world class travelling exploration, strengthened by my Performance abilities. Therefore, the techniques I use are highly practical and person centered. Learners usually have fun in my training with my unique team building exercises and drama background. Delegates are left with inspiration and motivation to make a change and develop If so, I am the sort of professional you think would be great for this role…dynamic, colorful, passionate with a different approach, sparkling and fresh! This role, I predict, will be about creating a connection amongst the team for common goal purposes. Working with HR Managers/Training Professionals, I will run certain training/facilitating/mediation sessions, followed by some coaching…and measuring my success to the business which I will help implement through my business developing skills. Dailly incentives made everybody to work hard and always be on time to start the day,competition in different books made staff work overtime at any given time.And to be given access to have all the tools to do trace on my own,hardest part is when I did not reach target percentage to my expectation due to late payment up dates,

Typical day at work its when its monthend where we make sure all the payments are loaded.I have learn how to work about excell a bit more advanced also to know more about bussiness structures and their procedure.I know what the management is expecting of me how to overcome my daily task.They are helpful in a way that they showed me everything about the procedures of the business.Hardest part is when i have lot of work and i have to finish even if it means i must work late due to deadlines.Most enjoyable time is when work is done on time and we all waiting to get something to work and we share and clean every tasks
