It's a good company to work for, management is fair you just have to do what you are hired for. In terms of growth it's poor its all about management, but overall it's a not bad at all
Pros
Incentives, fair management
Cons
No growth, poor commission structure

It's a nice environment
Stressing sales

You need to make sure you are good and tolerant of rude clients and management, racism is too much need be careful if you are black

Every day is a learning curve.
I have learnt all aspects of Financcial Management and Sales.

Management is hands and supportive but each indivdual must push himself.

Co-workers are skilled people and are fun to work with. The Team work is the name of the game.

The hardest part is to meet the sales standards in this difficult economic times.

You get exposed to new people and ideas and learning never stops.
Pros
Free Financial Educations.
Cons
Your salary is only on commission.
