In terms of the selection process there is 2 stages.
1st interview will be with a recruiter of the location, where they will explain to you about what they do and what they are looking for.
2nd interview will be with the owner or a business partner of the location, where they will go into even more detail about the company and the growth within the business. You will also have the opportunity to observe the environment.
It is a three step procedure. One screening interview which everyone usually makes it through. The second is an introduction to the company where you meet the Divisional Owner of the branch and the third is observation of how the work is done. However dont fall trap to the loud music and flashy lights and presentations.
