Best to try and co-operate with management as they are difficult
I loved working with their clothes and customers. Unfortunately management is rude to their staff and talk to them in a sarcastic tone. They tend to put their staff down and only congratulate them when sales are outstanding.

I enjoyed working at out of the blue although my period at out of the blue was short. I would recommend out of the blue as it taught me how to work under pressure, I now nail it. Overall it is a good company I appreciate all the skills learnt

They are constantly hiring staff because they are abusive and there is no growth within the company.
Staff does management duties but are not paid equivalent salaries. There is no real motivation nor channels in place to assist workers to perform better .The company does not value it's employees and they are guilty of unfair labour practice.
Manager/ consultant in Gardens, Western Cape

It was a very bad experience working for them ...they still owe me money from target.
There environment isn't good ...it seems like a relaxed company with the type of clothing and because of the way the stores are merchandise but there Boss and managers are bullies . When I worked there you had to count stock every day and you have to check in every morning and evening on Skype so that they can check up on you. You don't get to take lunch outside of theid you the only staff member. one the store
