Good culture, good vibe

Worked at OUT for over 15 years. Was a great place to work for. Lots of possibility for learning and growth. Operations is very lively and passionate, can be very stressful due to PBS structure. Support area is great.

Very productive and self growing

As a person who loves and enjoys working with people, I found my job very easy as it was easy for me to approach and explain the product to people because I can easily get close to people. I learned to manage my time to and from work, my daily target needed time management and being on my best look and best behaviour as we deal with different people every day.

Fun environment with incentives. Need to have a strong work ethic and does micro manage but do incorporate values as honesty and human. Big parties and in-house sporting events.

Great company and stress free work environment

Its the best company to work for, cares for their employees and theres growth. I would recommend it to anyone. There’s commission structure is good and easy to make money.

High performance environment.

If you are a high performer and don’t mind micromanagement then this company is the perfect fit for you. The pay structure is a different compared to the rest of the companies. You get paid for production and productivity not for having a job. Whether you are in IT, HR or Sales

Loved working here and salary is great even when you on training. Fun environment with lots of great people. You can move to different skill sets that’s such an advantage. Medical aid and provident fund provided

Flexibility and amazing staff

Listen, Outsurance is an amazing company to work for. They pay well as well. Unfortunately, in my department we do not have a set salary, we have what they call a High Retainer, which drop drastically after 3 month

Its not easy but the reward is worth it, you need to focus on your goals and you will do great there and they will look after you if you perform.

On the fone on the road cold calling seeking new clients

Too many brokers all chasing the same dream calling and driving to customers and promoting the product and benefits Outsurance is very expensive and not affordable to all

Productive and fast paced work environment

Outsurance is a great place for young people to get an introduction into the sales industry. The culture and the value that you get out of the product knowledge puts you ahead as you will be able to deal with most sales environments after that.
