Great place to start but stressful
Graduate Intern (Former Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 12 May 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedGreat place to start as a recent graduate for experience. There is a lot of favoritism. Graduates don’t get the same opportunities. Hard work sometimes gets unnoticed too.

Productive, Diverse and
Business Intelligence Consultant (Current Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 18 October 2017
the workplace is good and above average, you are surrounded by Bi specialists who understand the environment and are willing to share information. Communication is key when you are on the floor, everyone knows who does what.
The management is friendly and they do listen to their staff, fun activities are held to keep employees engaged and busy.
The hardest part of my job, was the beginning when i was introduced into business intelligence , it was a new concept to me and grasping all the available information was tricky as it was related to real life case studies in the telecommunication industry. With hard work and dedication I managed to become one of the successful consultants.
Pros
Free lunch, Flexible Working Hours

Project Manager (Current Employee) - Cape Town, Western Cape - 2 October 2017
Exciting work environment where one has the opportunity to be innovative and find own solutions through internal and external networking.
Much learning in the field of BI and also how to deal with professionals in their respective fields.
Very flat management structure.
Hardest part of the job is the unrealistic expectations from external clients and limited resource availability.
Most enjoyable is the independence to find solutions, dealing with external clients, working in foreign African and Middle East countries.
Pros
Travel, Working with external clients
Cons
Long hours

Challenging, enjoyable workplace
SAS Developer (Current Employee) - Johannesburg North, Gauteng - 24 February 2017
Developing new dashboards for reporting
Script being put in production

Management gives us freedom to work on our task without supervision.
Some of the user requirements are not clear and makes completing the task harder as you have to meet with various stakeholders to resolve.
