Productive and Amazing place to work
Sales Executive (Botswana & Malawi Portfolio) (Former Employee) - Johannesburg, Gauteng - 6 January 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedA great place to work at. Management is always keeping staff motivated and on the go. Team members however, have their differences and you will need to have a thick skin to work there.

Horrible
Casino Dealer (Former Employee) - Kempton Park, Gauteng - 19 November 2023
The company culture is amazing but management treatment is the worst. When it is time to get paid you must always expect a dispute, either you will get short payed or overpaid, if you are overpaid they will literally tell you to transfer that money right away or they will cancel your contract. It is a place full of bullies but there are some nice people too.

peermont is an organization where people can go and learn not to settle ,for progress sake
Receptionist/Admin (Current Employee) - Kempton Park, Gauteng - 8 February 2020
Learning at the peermont is the best because you get to interact with people from all over the world and theres pressure at all times .Their workimg hours are straining and the pay less money that can put you into debts ending up not feeling like hoing to work anymore. for the record it is the best for students

Jobs at Peermont Global
Productive and trying to balance my life
control room operator (Current Employee) - Kempton Park, Gauteng - 12 October 2019
When i was alone on shift i had to deal with office work and yet there were people who wanted to review a footage for a hearing that was taking place, during that time no one was there to assist me i had to move in and out of the office just to assist them. On that day i have learnt that in order to survive you must think fast to make a wise decision. Management is not always there to make decisions. All in all the working environment is professional and challenging. Sometimes you have to exclude people who spend most of their money.
Pros
Free Lunches

The most fantastic place to work, ever!
Surveillance Manager (Former Employee) - Bethlehem, Free State - 5 June 2018
Working at Peermont Global was the best experience of my life, and leaving there was the worst decision of my life.
They develop and nurture their employees on a level that is unmatched. Their remuneration and benefits are fantastic, but they also go over and beyond by truly caring for their employees. The co-workers are also truly wonderful, and you can't help but immediately feel like part of a family.
I was coaxed away with a huge contract and promises of riches, but if I could turn back time, I would remain with Peermont until the day I retire.
Pros
Great remuneration, Free Lunches, Tertiary learning opportunities, Personal Development opportunities, Great Support network.
Cons
None

Learned a lot about customer satisfaction.
Worker (Former Employee) - North West - 5 January 2017
Working days are usually long and tiring. I learned that the customer and guests always come first at the hotel. The management style was alright, though you train on the job which makes it more difficult because you are prone to making more mistakes. The most enjoyable part is to see when guests and customers are satisfied with your work.
Pros
Meals are provide
Cons
Long working hours

Teamwork and enjoyment
Trainee Chef (Former Employee) - Mafikeng, North West - 3 December 2016
I really enjoyed every moment I spent in the kitchen our chefs were training us in a good. I learned that in a workplace we have to work as a team to achieve everything. Management was good our manager was fair. Some of my co-workers were short tempered when it comes to trainees. The hardest part was when we were working long hours when is busy, I really appreciate that challenge it taught me a lot.
Pros
They offer us lunch and dinner, it depend on the shift you are working.
Cons
Working long hours when is busy
