Productive and Amazing place to work

A great place to work at. Management is always keeping staff motivated and on the go. Team members however, have their differences and you will need to have a thick skin to work there.

Challenging yet Enjoyable

This was a place one would really look forward to going because of the many relationships created and the people there. The work was really dependant on the team effort made by co-workers,the less your put in the more strenuous it would be on your co-workers

Pros

cashier tips and incentives

Cons

customers under the influence of alcohol

It Is a good place to grow in

Peermont Global is a good place to learn as every day is a day for you to learn something new, you are taught to work under pressure and to work as a team with fellow colleagues and you also get to learn the importance of team work. The hardest part is the language barriers between different cultures but at the same time you are afforded a chance to learn about all the different cultures from all over the world

Pros

Education/Growth

Cons

Becoming too Comfortable

It is a very nice compay to work for.

The culture at Peermont Global (pty) Ltd encourages people to grow, develop and to take responsibility. People were mentored towards quality and productive efforts. The management encourages to tale responsibility ad accoutabilitty. Co-workers are always willing to share information in order to make productive efforts. The hardest part of the job is accountability The enjoyable part is how the co-workers, management assist for the benefit of the company

Pros

Free breakfast and lunches

Cons

Overtime
