The unpacking of new stock daily is hectic and it needs a healthy person with a strong mind. But they do promote their workers who are eager to learn more about their company. Some workers start to work as a casual worker and end up being the store manager, stock controller with decent salary. That is what we call it growth
Pros
No free lunch but free tea and sugar
Cons
Normal hours

You have to be a hard worker and be prepared to work extra long hours.Pep is a low cost company so everything that should be paid has to be in line with that philosophy. The company has got a great culture, you feel at home the moment you start working there.
