It's so good to work at Pep stores but the only thing needs to be taken care of ....it's being a casual more than two years that is totally unfair... atleast after 18 months you deserve a contract
A typical day at work would be really busy, what I've learnt about the working at pep is patients and good communication with customers, the store was well managed
I would really stayed on at pep store but management treat its workers poorly do not work respectfully towards them, i did my best being good at my job
The management is bad they don't know what they doing, someof the management are unexperienced. There is a lot happening there. Employees are not treated equally
Days are not the same at work some days go some are somne arer just difficult and hectic.further, I've learned that when you are dealing witha customer you need to be nice and polit, do not talk loud or shout a customer, even if you know that you write. management needs different strategies, you should be brave and strong and be able to solve any problem that comes across you. As a manager, you need to be an example to your staff love them, respect and also encourage them especially when they did good work. During back to school its a very hectic and busy season so dealing with a number off customers at the same time its kinder challenging due to their behaviour and their demands which i can not all fullfill.

* Mostly as a P27(casual worker) you get to learn alot of things in regards to the daily operations of how a store should be run.
* In terms of the working culture I can't speak of how it is. But I can only speak on behalf of the store I was working at. The manager and the stuff were great. Very much friendly and supportive at all times.. ( Store 6127).

i am a mother of 1 child who love her family and i also being arround with other people .well i love my job so much because it never dissapponted me .im hard worker i work during peak period i dont have problem with that i love reading im also a net ball player at my location
I was happy while i was working at pep my problem was salary didn't satisfy me. I was working 3 or 4 days a week. I don't afford rent and food with that
I treat everybody with dignity and respect and constantly grow myself and my team.
I live our values of honesty,passion and resourcefulness..being at pep is very nice..i learn lot of things
Pep is the most friendliest retailer, offering customer service training and other trainings. It is a fun workplace with good management. Pep stores offering good customer service.

I like working at pep because it's a good place to work for and I am very thankful for the opportunity to work there and I am very grateful for the time I spent on my work. But I am not pleased with the fact that I can only work 27 hours a week. So that means I earn less money than what I want toe earn and it can't afford all my responsibilities.

The mananger only calls to work when the shop is busy or on weekends which leads to less salary. It years to become permenent and there are no life benefit when you a casual.
