It depends with which company you work for but generally Pepkor has a people first culture and try to have their employees have a work life balance. It’s an encouraging environment and they always try to grow you. Some of the companies are stressful as due to their size there’s a lot of work and meetings meaning you need to work long hours outside of working hours.

Great company to work for

Great company to work for as they are part of the Ackermans Group. Lovely and friendly people and culture. Good management style as there is no micro managing.

Corporate but fun

Typical day is attending varies meetings lots of interpersonal relations being formed. Variance type of Management styles exposed to and type of management is whey hidiane. Get along well with co-workers, hardest part of job is to discipline and dismiss people and most enjoyable is to see goals being achieved.
