I love working as a pepsico member because they are honest of what they promised you from the start and what ypu are getting and everyday i am learning new things about retail and i amgaining alot of experience i love myself as a pepsico employe i just wish for more increase and better position

There's no life improvement you getting paid same salary for two years with the new employees who just started now, the difference is only 5% increase

Toxic Work Environment

There was no work structure and incompetent management. Co-workers are inconsiderate and toxic. The environment was stressful because of poor management and co-workers.The pay was fair for an intern; enough for monthly expenses.

Company was productive and fast paced.. we worked day and night shift depending on which production line you were placed in. Salary could be better. Management must improve
