We were doing deliveries for a company produced danone, it was fun bcs this is the job i enjoy the most , meeting new ppl nd different places.

productive work ethic, manager had no management skills or people skills. the site that i was based was fine because i mostly with clients as i was based on their site and worked with over 300 employee's that i had to see too. i was responsible for employees signing of contacts and giving them PPE. i was also responsible for the administration and attending meetings with clients

i have learned to manage employees and handle disciplinary inquiries, and i have also achieved data capturing skills and payroll skill.
The hardest part of the Job was managing difficult employees on site and also attending CCMA cases.

Never Take workers seriously and never address workers problems

Struggled to pay salaries and benefits, late salary payments. No increases only responds after bargaining council intervention. No PPE or Work Boots so many horrible things youcan imagine
