Was fun at work i learned how to bake and to work as a team management was good to me the management was very friendly i enjoyed to work with them i enjoyed to work at pick n pay

Had potencial of learning as a baker of my passion and learned to do stock and management work. Had the potential to run the bakery when manager and supervisor not on duty and order stock as well.

Pros

Only certain times we get free lunch

Cons

Only work 8 hours. Over 8 hours is overtime

Best experience ever ,good working conditions, uniform was the best and staff interactions with management was fantastic, including company benefits(provident fund and salariy)

Working at pick and pay was very tough

Bad management ..we had a good culture..there was no sunday and public holidays off and they dont pay for sunday and holidays..i learned a lot beacause was mu fisrt time in baking department
