I worked as a check-out assistant, cashier and till packer. As I love working with people and socializing this was more enjoyable and fun environment to work in.

Long and tiring day, good customer service, the manager is very rude and maltreats the stuff. Work culture is just okay, the hardest thing is having to work long hours without sitting down. Having to interact with different customers and being independent
Pros
Great supervisors
Cons
Long hours, standing
