Cashier/Sales Assistant (Former Employee) - Queenstown, Eastern Cape

At Pick n Pay i worked very long hours, from 7 am to 4 pm. It is always full and one has to work very fast. I learnt how to work under pressure and how t interact with people. I now improved my communication skills. The work culture at Pick n Pay is very diverse. i enjoyed my interaction with the customers.

Management was grate,salay wise was ok, enjoyed the experience the,and loved the working environment.wroking hours was grate .. learned alot...loved the uniform.

As long as you do what yoy are supposed to once yiu get to work you should have no problens

Pick an pay is a very fair company,the more you work the easier it is.very fair and understanding management.You work long hours since it's retail but staff had transport provided for them..End of year bonus was lovely
