Working in retail I've definitely learned how to deal with different personalities , its challenging but a good challenge. Management has its ups and downs but overall does a good job dealing with employees and difficult situations. The hardest part about my job would be giving your all when others don't agree that its enough but its good motivation. The most enjoyable part about my job is being able to meet different people , learning from clients and co-workers and overall being able to serve others in the best possible way.
