I can work in pressure without supervised . But supervisor put lot pressure on workers and you end up doing lot mistakes. I wish i can get more opportunity to work in another company except pick and pay. And the salary is bad while you put your all efforts at work.
Bonus if you did one year working there

The enterprise is highly motivational when it comes to their business ethics and the way they run the place.
On a typical day it would be highly productive and essential and it would teach one on how to maintain and subtly sustain a business in hand And it is surprisingly diverse.
Quite friendly environment to work in and around
Long long hours
I worked in both liquor store and food store in pick n Pay during my part time position. The experience gained was amazing and I coped very well under pressure with customers during the festive season
I was an asset from the 1st day at Pick 'n Pay because am a fast learner and i am a team worker. 1st week my supervisor saw that i have a potential and he started putting me in charge and give the guy who used to work alone a small leave. I was never late, he never complains about my service even the customers, i was never in trouble at thework place, he also promiced to take me permanently.
I had fun working at Pick n Pay because the environment was conducive. Even though I had to stand for several hours in a day but it was all weath it. If it was not for studying I would be still working at Pick n Pay.
