Most of employees of Pick n pay are not given growth opportunities on changing their lives. The treatment of employees is not up to par from the story management.
Working at Pick n pay is so lovely .work and life time is balanced. The are lot of experience I've learned in such a short time.saftey and security is ensured

I can work in pressure without supervised . But supervisor put lot pressure on workers and you end up doing lot mistakes. I wish i can get more opportunity to work in another company except pick and pay. And the salary is bad while you put your all efforts at work.

I worked in both liquor store and food store in pick n Pay during my part time position. The experience gained was amazing and I coped very well under pressure with customers during the festive season
I was an asset from the 1st day at Pick 'n Pay because am a fast learner and i am a team worker. 1st week my supervisor saw that i have a potential and he started putting me in charge and give the guy who used to work alone a small leave. I was never late, he never complains about my service even the customers, i was never in trouble at thework place, he also promiced to take me permanently.
Always be on time and respect your job and always know that the customer is always right and work hard and know your place at work and always be clean

I had fun working at Pick n Pay because the environment was conducive. Even though I had to stand for several hours in a day but it was all weath it. If it was not for studying I would be still working at Pick n Pay.
