My current role with Pick n Pay focuses on delivering enterprise wide IT solutions for all supply chain initiatives within the group. My core function is to align business strategy, IT programs and roadmaps with both long term and tactical goals. Key responsibilities include managing resources, workstreams, budgets (Capex and Opex) and deliverables using both Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
All that we do at PnP is to serve the customer's needs every day. A typical day at work is meetings, collaborate on projects. Coffee breaks, and interactions. Culture is one that we treat the customer like a Queen and she will treat us like a king.
