You need to be always on your best and feeling happy smile with people.
I started to work there 7 yesrs ago and been a good experience although I started with a very low rate of pay. I'm now full-time During the day it's sometimes quite and we work well together with staff and managers, it's not easy getting ahead in this business as I have witnessed.
Cons
Long hours

Dedication is rewarded by means of internal promotion , one is granted an opportunity to grow with the company if they see that you have a potential and an ability, more over if they see that you are reliable and trustworthy.
Pros
Free tea, coffee and bread for tea break
Cons
If you work as a vte as i was, working hours are not a guarantee
