Calm before the storm.

Start off slow at 7 am in the morning run my reports. Give it to the staff they start working. My 2nd cup of coffee before 8 am to get ready for the rush. I keep going because everything under that roof is my responsibility. I`ve Learned Stay focused, listen attentively and smile. We work with people from all walks of life be patient Protect both staff and customer from one other. Always be neutral in every situation. Keep your composure regardless how hot you get under the collar. Management Good people to work with. Hardest Part That days when it seems no matter what you do or say, there is just no teamwork. Most enjoyable part When the staff see my vision on a project, give me the support and bringing it to life.

Pros

Salary I guess

Cons

Long hours
