At Pick n Pay LMDC, there's no bonus for pickers. No benefits such as medical aid.During festive season there's no time to close for a certain period, hence is operational 24/7 365 days. Pickers work for different agents, not directly for pick and pay .No clarity on whether a Picker is permanent or not.

Productive
Long hours of work which is 11 hours a day, learned nothing but the job I was doing (Picking). I was not happy with how the management staff as they would mostly shout at us and treated workers like they were school children. The hardest part of the job was working many hours for less and not being paid for overtime.
Pros
non
Cons
long hours and no payments for overtime
