cumfortable and efficiency
It was very interesting working at TM. I learned a lot, human resources management and the importance of workers union. TM's management was comfortable to work with, they used democratic styles of leadership although they were sometimes hard. There was a strong friendly relations among workers because of the workers unions. The job sometimes becomes hard when other employees on duty were absent or misbehave. The job was most enjoyable because i enjoy most working with the public.
Pros
free launches
Cons
long hours
