Productivity is low because the workplace is not fun anymore

a typical day at work would be helping customer with looking for products that they cannot find, I've learned how to communicate with customers as well as on different ways to approach a problem, management entails more responsible and making sure that products are always on the selves for customers to buy as well as cellphones and pricing to always be available, the workplace culture is the situations that's always arise at the workplace, as well as every employees actions towards these situations. the culture is you meet different gender people and different races so you learn different things and respect people more. the hardest part of the job is to work with short staff so now you as a manager fills all the gaps where staff is needed. the most enjoyable part is when I get a customer smiling when they walk out of the store
