Great growth opportunities and Job security and provided training especially under the ITIL umbrella with a great in house culture for their employees and customers
The company being involved in both training and consulting made life very eventful.
One would not what to expect on a week to week, or month to month basis.
The people within the organisation were friendly, helpful and supportive. You knew that at any point in time you could get assistance if needed.
I enjoyed the fact the working at Pink you never got bored of what you did, there was always something to keep you busy.

No chance for growth both financially and carrer wise.
Normal day : Come into work at time, check all emails from last night from the Canadian branch, take a walk through the company to check if all hardware is up and running and everyone is good.Logon to the servers to check daily backups and virus scans.Setup documentation about the infrastructure and during the course of the day i would troubleshoot exchange, network, hardware and software issues for the entire company and make sure they can work.
