Per policy, feedback should be provided upward (from low level employees to management) and downward (from management to low level employees), this should happen for every 40 hours of work. This should happen in a one-on-one discussion. This is generally not the case, feedback is provided shortly before performance appraisals (twice a year) and requires frequent recurring requests to obtain feedback which is usually provided via a system generated message.
