Please advise manager in the IFS to keep up with times and encourage learning. They are too traditional, the new generation will not cope with their behavior as it restricts flexibility and hinders the application of the 4IR in the workplace. For a company that is big on 4IR, they really refuse to adapt. Also please give the IFS team salary increments. Our qualifications may not be as great as the external finance teams, but we are the backbone of the company and we too deserve recognition. Also please encourage the company to promote learning, we are restricted in departments to work in, and there's so much to learn. Otherwise,you are doing a great job.
