working in real estate means you can set up your day according to your needs. less work equals less benefits. I've learned a lot about property industry, how long it takes to for a property to get registered to the new owner. My mentor is a very smart business lady, i"m learning a lot from her. The hardest part about my job is finding houses to sell. The enjoyable part is meeting new people from all walks of life and helping people find their dream home.

You are basically you're own boss, in terms of you have to put in a lot of work to get paid as you worked on commission only. The work space is relaxed and the hours were okay because you could work from home.
