Great work environment. Great clients, generally. Management changes a lot Need to be flexible with centre location, management and systems. They change a lot. No chance to grow though unless you been working here for 15+yrs
Not Micro Managed
No Growth Potential

It was a great place to work and everyone was friendly and it made it easier for the working environment, we were family. The management was so amazing and great made it easier to do the work and to come to work everyday. We were a team work and we achieved our goals together.
Free lunches and breakfast
It will be busy mostly monthend and the hours were normal
At most difficult time would be when you have to remind clients to pay.i have learned to build a social yet professional relationship with my clients so that it makes it easier with my collections and overall working procedure. the most enjoyable part is organising for clients that will be having Big meetings.
Free lunch is when we meet our monthly target
When we have construction in the building.
meeting new people everyday, opportunities to grow and expand, customer service and the culture is great, attending to switchboard and supporting clients on their daily needs, ensuring good relationships with colleagues and clients. initiative and opportunities to bring in new ideas, doing banking and attending to clients invoices
I really enjoy working at Regus. I've learnt lots about working with clients. How to deal with stress and irate clients. How to multi task and hit deadlines. I work with really nice caring people. I enjoy their company. My manger is very nice and a very flexible understanding person. We all work well together as a team and strive to meet our deadlines. The hardest part of the job would be unhappy clients. You need to go the extra mile when a client is unhappy and it makes the job quite stressful. The most enjoyable part of our jobs is that when everything is working well, it's a very relaxing environment to work in. It's an overall nice place to work.
Flexibility in terms of being able to leave early or attend to something unexpected.
Demading clients who are unreasonable and rude. It's really not nice dealing with rude clients.
I've learned the power of team work and the ability to working together to achieve one common goal which is to achieve.Sometimes you will be required to be versatile and do something that you are not familiar doing just because one of the team member cannot perform the task.I have learned never to underestimate your ability as a person.
exposure to every department
